MyBedtimeStory.AI is a content creation tool website ("Product") that allows users to create, submit, share, and view AI-generated stories, complete with voice narration and artwork.
Pay As You Go Users: Users who pay each time they generate a new story.
Subscription Members: Users who purchase a monthly or yearly subscription to access and use the Product with additional features and benefits.
MyBedtimeStory.AI reserves the right to review, monitor, and remove any content that we deem inappropriate or harmful for children. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is obscene, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise unsuitable for a young audience. Furthermore, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who consistently or egregiously violate these guidelines.
MyBedtimeStory.AI owns all rights to all AI-generated stories created by the Product. Due to the nature of machine learning, we cannot guarantee that the Product will not create similar stories if the profiles of the children and the descriptions given by parents are similar.
All content generated by MyBedtimeStory.AI is for personal use only. Users may share stories published on MyBedtimeStory.AI through WhatsApp or by copying and pasting the unique URL. Other users can access the story without having a login access. Any commercial use, distribution, or reproduction of the content without explicit written permission from MyBedtimeStory.AI is strictly prohibited.
MyBedtimeStory.AI offers two subscription models, Monthly and Yearly, with three packages within each option: Bronze (5 stories), Silver (15 stories), and Gold (30 stories). There is also a Pay As You Go plan where parents only pay when a new story is generated. The pricing and terms for each plan are available on the applicable pricing page. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store may be canceled at any time via your Apple App Store account settings.
If you wish to delete your MyBedtimeStory.AI account, you can do so from the Product settings. Upon requesting to delete an account, all Content from such account will immediately become inaccessible. After 30 days, the Content will be deleted from our servers and can no longer be recovered.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless MyBedtimeStory.AI and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of (a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; (b) a breach of these Terms; or (c) your User Content provided to the Service.
IN NO EVENT SHALL MYBEDTIMESTORY.AI, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
